This Cisco SFP-10G-T-X compatible 10GBASE-T Copper transceiver module provides 10GBase-T throughput up to 30m over cat6a/cat7 copper cable via RJ-45 connector.

The SFP-10G-T-X is fully compliant with the Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and 10GBASE-T, 5GBASE-T, 2.5GBASE-T, 1000BASE-T standards as specified in IEEE STD 802.3an, 802.3ab and 802.3au.

It provides convenience, flexibility and cost savings for deploying 10Gb/s technology over balanced twisted-pair copper cabling. More importantly, the SFP-10G-T-X transceiver automates interoperability with legacy Ethernet devices and backward compatibility with legacy 1000Base-T networks.
